FAQs
No. On a free account, you can build your homepage, write blog posts, and set up your packages. You’ll need a plan to add pages, deliver galleries, connect your domain, and go live.
Without an active plan, any payments taken through your booking system carry an 18% booking transaction fee, including payouts for bookings accepted prior to cancellation.
Yes. Every plan connects your own domain, but Focal doesn’t sell domains. If you don’t have one yet, buy one from any domain provider, like GoDaddy or Namecheap.
You can add extra storage from your account settings, on top of your plan.
